Skyler Dickenson is a graduate of Western Michigan University (WMU) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre: Design and Technical Production. They focused in lighting and projections design. Skyler has also worked in the virtual reality development studio at WMU as a 3D artist, graphic designer, programmer, and manager, among all the various hats they wear.
Skyler grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan and attended Saline High School where they found their passion for technical theatre whilst working tech for the high school’s musical production. At WMU, they expanded their passions to projection design and virtual reality development. Skyler believes that storytelling is important to the development and future of humanity and is strongest with human interaction and immersive experiences.
